Dear Parents,
Time is flying by so fast and it is the time of the year in which we have to get ready for Graduation.
This week we are going to start practicing for this day. We will be learning a song that the students will sing during the ceremony. We are going to talk about our Kindergarten Memories so we can put together a nice book. Remember that this memorable day is going to take place on Friday, June 3rd at 4:00 p.m. at the school gym. The Kindergarten students need to be at school by 3:30, since there will be no classes for them on this day. The children are NOT required to attend school after their graduation.
We have been focusing on ending sounds. This week we will continue to work with syllables, word families and subtraction.
Friday May 27th is an early dismissal day (the children will leave school at 11:45 a.m.)
Monday May 30th is a holiday (Memorial Day).
