WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 06-10

This week we are ready to start with the letter Dd. The word of the week is dog. This week we will be reading and discussing fun facts about dinosaurs. We will begin counting up to 20 and will review letter sound recognition from Aa to Dd.

As you all  know, Kindergarten is assigned to represent “Flora de Honduras”. Don Ricardo Mas has gently offered his help in donating some flowers to decorate our float. PLEASE if you have a wagon with you or anything that has wheels, contact us immediately!!!.

On Friday, September 10th you are invited to come and enjoy our Independence Day Program. It is going to start at 9:00 a.m. The children do not need to bring a lunchbox that day since Honduran food will be served at the end of the program. This day is also an early dismissal; the children will be leaving at 11:45 a.m. Also, remember that Monday September 13th, Tuesday September 14th and Wednesday September 15th are holidays. We will be back in school on Thursday September 16th.

Thanks to Nancy Mas and Adriana Lanza who donated the ingredients for our last Kindergarten Kafe the children had a great time making a tasty cat. NO KINDERGARTEN KAFE THIS WEEK!!!

You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth.
