WEEK OF FEBRUARY 28 TO MARCH 4

Dear Parents

This week we will begin to work with the letter Tt. As we already mentioned in our last blog, we will continue with rhyming words and word families.

We will begin to study how to tell time to the hour. The children will be playing a variety of games to help them understand how to tell time and the different kinds of clocks around us.

We will be learning about different kinds of transportation. The students will be able to identify the kind of transportation used to travel by air, sea and land.

This week we will be playing a telephone game. We will be working on helping them learn a home or cell phone number. This is important personal information that could assist your child in case of an emergency. Additionally, we will be learning on how to spell our last names.
